Types of Jaw Surgery
Facial Reconstruction Surgery
If you’ve suffered a facial trauma, you want to be able to function normally and look like yourself again. Dr. Haron has the qualifications to repair damaged areas and help you reclaim your appearance. He offers treatment for a variety of injuries, congenital defects, and diseases, including the removal of benign tumors.
Sleep Apnea Surgery
Though some cases of sleep apnea can be treated with mouthguards, sometimes a surgical procedure is required. If Dr. Haron determines this is the case for you, he may remove portions of soft tissue from the back of your mouth to free up your airway, which will prevent you from snoring, enable you to get a better night’s sleep, and allow you to be more energetic during the daytime.
TMJ Surgery
If your jaws pop or lock up frequently due to TMJ issues, Dr. Haron can ease the headaches, facial pain, and many other symptoms you may experience through TMJ surgery. This may include repositioning, removing, or replacing parts of your jaw, or cleaning the joints through the injection of a special fluid.
Aesthetic Surgery
If you’re unhappy with the appearance of your mouth and/or face, Dr. Haron can help, even if treatment isn’t medically necessary. A proud member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, he can make the adjustments that will allow you to love your look again—or for the first time!

The Jaw Surgery Experience
Leading-edge dental technology empowers Dr. Haron to deliver exceptional results from any jaw surgery. This includes imaging equipment that gives him a 3D, x-ray view of your jaws, teeth, face—your entire skull—from every possible angle. With this he can identify the source and extent of many conditions. He then uses guided technology to plan out your surgical procedure. This technology makes treatment more precise, quicker, and smoother than in the past. And with anesthesia options, it can be stress- and pain-free as well!
