Paula Kriegh

Practice Manager

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Mesa State University in Grand Junction, Colorado, where I grew up and raised my children. Furthering my education, I earned a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management and Finance with the University of Phoenix, graduating Magna Cum Laude. I have been blessed with working in the dentistry field for over 16 years. I find dentistry rewarding in that we change the lives of many patients, giving them the self-esteem and courage that was previously lost making their way through life’s many challenges. I feel a great deal of pride in knowing I was even a small part of our patients transformation. When I am not in the office you can find me spending quality time with my family, especially my three grandkids. I love to shop and tap into my artistic side with my Cricut machine.

Jill Scott

Lead Patient Advocate/Marketing Coordinator

I have been in the oral surgery field for the past 13 years here in Fredericksburg after pursuing my degree in business management at Germanna & Strayer University. As the Patient Advocate & Marketing Coordinator I have the opportunity to apply my knowledge and relationships with patients, practices and physicians within the community that turns normal complex and stressful aspects of the industry into stress free and personable experiences that can enrich their lives. My husband of 22 years Shawn & I grew up in Southern Stafford where we have raised our 3 kids (Cody, Abigail and Sarah) and our dog Duke. When we are not working we enjoy our time camping (glamping actually) and on our boat fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Mikayla Demmie

Surgical Assistant

After living in various locations in Virginia, I found Fredericksburg to be my home. Growing up I have always known that I wanted to be in the dental field, but I did not know what exactly. I attended Germanna community college, where I received my certification. After working in general dentistry for a year, I decided to switch to oral surgery and finally realized that it was a perfect fit for me. I am now going on my second year working in oral surgery. In my free time you can find me spending time with my friends and family watching tv shows or gathering for a meal together.

Briana Simmons

Surgical Assistant

Before I was an Oral Surgeon Assistant, I was an Orthodontic Assistant for 3 years. During school, I got the opportunity to work at a dental office to get hands-on experience. I have always been interested in Oral Surgery since my 2nd year as an Orthodontic Assistant and I took extra classes in order to be where I am today. I enjoy working in the dental field because I learn something new everyday! Working days for me as an assistant is rewarding due to all of the amazing people I get to meet and help. I love seeing the smiles on people’s faces as they leave the office. As a kid, I always enjoyed going to the dentist. I love seeing my dental x rays and getting cleanings done! I was 11 years old when my brother had to have his first cavity filled and the dentist knew that I was interested in what was going on, so they let me watch the cavity get filled and that is when I knew I wanted to be in the dental field when I was older! When I am not at the office I usually will be either walking around downtown or just be right at home with my family!
